Virtual Attendees

  • How does virtual attendance work?

For those attending virtually, attendance is via Zoom.  We recommend attending with a strong internet connection on a desktop, laptop or tablet.  We do not recommend attending only on a smart phone.  It will result in a less than optimal experience.

You will receive zoom links in a separate communication. CE is for synchronous viewing only (attending via computer during a specific time frame). Attendees will see the power point presentation and hear the speaker, but will not see the speaker due to current technology limitations.

For additional clarification: CE is for synchronous viewing only. This means the virtual attendees must attend the online session on the day and during the time offered. For instance, if an attendee wishes to receive CE for the keynote, they must be online, logged in, and watching the event at 8 a.m. on Thursday, November 9 to get CE for the keynote.

An online moderator will assist those with technical difficulty, as well as forward questions to the speaker.

  • Is the exhibit hall available to virtual attendees?

There is no virtual exhibit hall, but we we are happy to connect you with any of our sponsors. Just reach out to us! The sponsors and exhibitors are listed on the website

  • New to virtual content?

Visit the Zoom website and try a test meeting. Still not sure about it? Ask us for a practice session at least two weeks before Fall Conference.
